What is a limited edition?

Limited editions are fixed in quantity, meaning we will only produce a certain number.

If I buy an edition, do I own the copyright?

The copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.

When will I receive my item?

Please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery.

How will my order be packaged?

Every work we send to our customers is packed in a flat box that has been custom-built for your piece. Once securely packaged inside the box, we attach your shipping labels and any necessary customs documents, as well as include your Certificate of Authenticity, certified by the artist.

Please remember to take extra care when opening the packaging and unwrapping your artwork.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your artwork. Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and included in the total cost of your order. We mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs. We use high-quality, recyclable packing materials to protect your items.

If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays.

Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

On a case by case basis under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, if we determine a refund is warranted, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable.

If in any instance a refund is granted, credit cards will be refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank.
